Comfortable and spacious rooms with friendly staff.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from major shopping areas, which adds great value. Room size is impressive, ideal for those with a lot of luggage. However, the property feels dated, and while cleanliness is maintained, it does not match the photos seen online. The long wait for the lifts can be frustrating, and room service was slow—cleaning was not done until I requested it multiple times.

I stayed in a spacious One-Bedroom Suite that made unpacking a breeze! The rooftop pool had stunning views of the city skyline – truly a breathtaking way to unwind. Plus, being close to the bustling Greenbelt Mall and a fantastic vegan restaurant made every meal delightful!

Reception and room service staff were excellent, notably Ghen, Keith, and Dess, who made my stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, which significantly enhanced my experience. The view from my Studio Prime was stunning, especially at sunset.

I loved the rooftop pool, such a nice place to unwind after exploring! But the towels were pretty worn out. Overall, it was a decent stay.

During my stay, I found the Prince Plaza II Condotel to be an excellent choice for business travel. The location is ideally situated near Greenbelt, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The staff were remarkably friendly and responsive, ensuring all my needs were met, from the check-in process to housekeeping. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a large desk and kitchen amenities that facilitated my work.
